Through a tailored curriculum, the program equips participants with the necessary tools and strategies to excel in today’s business realm Emphasizing contemporary leadership techniques and approaches, it empowers women leaders to effect real change within their organizations and advance gender parity in the corporate sphere.

HNI is a competency assessment center that leads the learning and development market. Our company places great importance on assessment and development centers as a means to identify and select individuals with high potential and talents. We use a variety of assessment tools and methods to evaluate candidates’ abilities and potential, and compare them to the organization’s strengths. HNI employs qualified assessors to evaluate and observe candidates during assessment center interventions and provide personalized reports with evidence and scores for each competency and suggestions for personal development.
