We have developed an HNI design methodology that ensures all learning pillars are effectively implemented. Our design is based on Agile ADDIE, and we work closely with clients and success partners to design customized curriculums for different tracks. Our instructional design projects result in impactful training workshops and long-term learning journeys, providing exceptional learning experiences. We use interactive and interconnected learning activities, utilizing technology through various digital tools for a hands-on approach, and integrating e-learning and animated videos as needed.
