Responsibilities | Additional Information |
• Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for purchasing materials. • Maintaining relationships with suppliers while scouting for vendors. • Evaluating spending operations and improving product quality & delivery timelines. • Communicating with management regarding goods/services flow. • Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks. • Developing risk management procedures for product shortages. • Monitoring the Operations team and delegating tasks. • Coordinating with legal for favorable contracts & terms. • Submitting monthly updates and reports. • Booking flights and hotels for trainers and staff. • Working with accounts & project management for bookings/purchasing. |
• Position based in New Cairo, Egypt. • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 office days, 2 home days). • Fluency in English and Arabic. • We are Hiring Egyptians only. |
