Job Role / Objective Overview:
Assist and support sales with administrative and reporting activities

Communications and Working Relationships
Internal: Sangeetha & Men
External: All sales team and L&D

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update Sales forms
  • Take MOM
  • Support with vendor registration
  • Manage and maintain client portal related activities
  • Maintain trackers
  • Follow up with departments for data required to generate reports
  • Assist with other administrative activities like archiving and maintaining sales folders certifications such as ISO, Cyber Security etc.
  • Manage any other administrative task assigned by the department head
