| Job Role / Objectives Overview |

| Lead and coordinate the execution of E-Learning projects, supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality learning content, while effectively managing Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks. |
| Key Responsibilities | |

| Project Coordination | Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones. |
| Project Planning Support | Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and follow-up of multiple projects. |
| Documentation & Reporting | Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting minutes; organize project meetings and follow up on action items. |
| Team & Freelancer Follow-up | Follow up with internal teams and freelancers to ensure on-time task completion. |
| Timeline & Risk Tracking | Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies and report any delays or risks. |
| Stakeholder Communication | Facilitate communication between team members and project stakeholders. |
| File & Deliverables Management | Maintain organized records of all project files, deliverables, and approvals. |
| Status Updates | Provide regular status updates and deadline reminders to relevant stakeholders. |
| Data & Performance Support | Support data collection for internal reports and performance tracking. |
| LMS Administration | Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, content uploads, tracking learner progress, and generating basic reports. |
| KPI Management | Act as KPI champion for the team by tracking performance metrics and supporting data-driven improvements. |
