Job Role / Objective Overview:
Overview: As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of projects within specified deadlines and budgetary constraints in HNI. The position may involve occasional travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Execution:
    • Lead the development and execution of project charters, defining project objectives, scope, and key stakeholders' roles.
    • Create and oversee the maintenance of comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  2. Team Management:
    • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
  3. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project goals, timelines, and progress effectively.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  4. Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution:
    • Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and challenges as they arise.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
    • Implement and enforce project management best practices to enhance project quality and efficiency.
  6. Budgetary Control:
    • Develop and manage project budgets for training initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
    • Monitor project costs and expenses, taking proactive measures to optimize budget utilization.
  7. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Proactively manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Oversee the documentation of project details, including training materials, discussions, decisions, and action items.
    • Prepare comprehensive project reports summarizing performance, outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.
  9. Technology Integration and Innovation:
    • Collaborate with the Innovation Hub to explore and integrate technology solutions for enhanced training delivery and project management efficiency.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  10. Logistics Management:
    • Review and send relative printings.
    • Prepare for the Workshop pre & post test.
    • Manage the trainers’ needed logistics.
    • Collaborate with Innovation Hub to implement the training tools.
    • Handle all participants logistics (e.g., assignments, invitations, etc.).

Qualifications, Key Competencies & Experience:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, education).
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the training industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent English Language

Experience:
