Job Role/Objective:

To ensure flawless delivery of learning interventions, acting as the main interface between facilitators, operations, and clients pre /post-contract signature. The role ensures outcomes are achieved, trainers are prepared, and reporting is consistent with quality standards and meeting the project deliverables and success criteria.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle logistics of learning programs (Client expectations, trainer onboarding, material readiness, venue coordination, aligning with the project manager)

Coordinate across departments for timely updates on delivery status.

Align with clients and trainers’ pre-session to confirm readiness and expectations.

Track feedback from trainers and participants for internal review and improvement.

Administer assessments (pre/post), collect and score participant assignments.

Conduct debriefs post-project to capture learnings and improve future rollouts.

Create detailed post-delivery reports and success metrics for clients.

Tracking the project’s cost versus allocated budgets

Oversee issuance of completion certificates and post-workshop surveys.

Maintain and update internal delivery calendar and alignment sheets.

Ensure all projects meet internal and client KPIs and SLAs

Conduct weekly meetings with the Business Director to review the project’s progress and financials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in education, Business, HR, or Project Management
  • Exposure to training delivery & instructional design concepts is a plus.

Experience:

  •  3–5 years in L&D operations, training coordination, or consulting project management

Functional Knowledge:

  • Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) is a must.
  • Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive)
  • Data literacy for interpreting feedback and performance reports
  • Good with Numbers and project budgeting

Contract: Full-Time Contract
Working Conditions: Sunday-Thursday/Hybrid mode with the possibility of 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
