Job Role/Objective:
To ensure flawless delivery of learning interventions, acting as the main interface between facilitators, operations, and clients pre /post-contract signature. The role ensures outcomes are achieved, trainers are prepared, and reporting is consistent with quality standards and meeting the project deliverables and success criteria.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in education, Business, HR, or Project Management
- Exposure to training delivery & instructional design concepts is a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in L&D operations, training coordination, or consulting project management
Functional Knowledge:
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) is a must.
- Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive)
- Data literacy for interpreting feedback and performance reports
- Good with Numbers and project budgeting
